Knights Receive Academic and Athletic Honors
Several members of Southern Virginia University athletic teams recently have been awarded honors for their athletic and academic accomplishments.
Senior men’s soccer player Cisco Osegueda was named a USCAA Honorable Mention All-American. His teammates, Junior Christian Blackwelder and Senior David Haws were named to the USCAA Academic All-American Team. Read more.
Four members of the women’s soccer team were named USCAA First-Team All-Americans: Sophomore Melanee Guymon, Freshman Kendra Heim, Freshman Mariah Flake, and Freshman Taylor Osborn. Read more.
